Toronto-based designer, thinker, and closeted anthropologist. As a Senior Art Director at Architech, for the last year an a half, Kateryna lead the company’s design practice working with a team of multidisciplinary designers and clients directly on developing innovative and user-centered digital solutions.

Drawing on principles of Human-Centred Design, coupled with her extensive background in creative communication, Kateryna ensures that each solution meets and solves the client objectives while satisfying end-user needs and industry best practices for Future-Friendly design.

Over the years Kateryna has worked on projects across multiple industries for lean startups, corporate organizations, and global creative agencies for brands such as UNICEF, TD Bank, Ikea and P&G.

Having always been interested in music, online publishing, and content development Topol launched Quip Magazine in late 2011. Since that December the publication has grown from a handful of writers in Toronto to a team of over 30 people frequently contributing across Montreal, Vancouver, Chicago, New York, and Portland.

Kateryna is a recipient of the 2013 FITC Female Entrepreneur award for and a mesh13 Hosted Startup recipient and a two-time speaker at the Coalition Music’s Artist Entrepreneur Program.
